Dimitrov hated Dredd for accidenlty blowing off his arm in a shootout in the late 2090's.
History[]
After loosing his arm in a shootout, Dimitrov became a course tutor for a lethal training course. After Dredd was injured and was forced to take the course, Dimitrov decided to try and kill Dredd and laid out several traps in his assault course. Dredd managed to survive the attack however, forcing Dimitrov to try other means. Applying a hidden cannon to his cybernetic arm he tried to shoot Dredd in the gut, however Dredd caught wind of this arm grabbed Dimitrov's hand before firing, causing him to blow his own head off.
