Judge Ferd Plaski was a senior street-Judge who had been serveing since Goodman's reign as Chief Judge. He was part of a group who felt it would be best that McGruder stood down from the Chief Judge position.

Plaski was a hard-as-nails Judge who was devoted to serveing the Justice system fairly but harshly. He was however prone to some weakness having fathered a child whom he occasionally visited.
