Deputy Chief Judge Honus was the DC of Texas City during the early 2100's before being arrested for corruption in 2118.
Personality

Honus was a vary overbearing man in his first appearence, deliberately getting in Judge Dredd's way and attempting to have him arrested. But in his later appearences in Missionary Man he seemed to show a bit more resentment to the Texas City Justice Department, knowing it was filled to the brim of corruption, he was also freinds with Saul Cain aka the Preacher and had apparently pulled strings for him every once in a while.
