 The black tyrannosaur known as Satanus first encountered Dredd in the Cursed Earth and continued to encounter the lawman several times in later years. Satanus has a truely firece legacy having spawned genetic experiments, death cults, travelled through alternate worlds and even opened a gateway toHell allowing for a demonic invasion of Mega-City One.

Personality

Satanus is shown to have a slightly above average intelligence level for an average tyranosaur. He has a amazeing level of ferocity and a intense survival instact. It has a deep rooted hatred for Dredd and all Judges from his first encounter with the lawman.

Trivia

• Satanus is the son of Old One Eye, an antagonist from the origonal Flesh! book that started in Prog 1 of 2000ad. It is later revealed that he had a son by the name of Golgotha that appeared in the first ABC Warriors series. Its hard to say if the Flesh! book ties into the same universe as Dredd but it could be argued that Satanus layed his seed for Golgotha while he was time traveling with Thoth in an alternate timeline as ABC Warriors ties into cannon with Nemesis the Warlock.
