The Cosmic Punks were a street gang that managed to take control of a small city sector during Cal's reign.
History[]
The Cosmic Punks were a small time street gang led by Gestapo Bob Harris. During the insane Chief Judge Cal's reign, much of the City was ignored allowing for the Cosmic Punks to take control of a small city sector. Harris quickly set himself up as the sector's judge and had his fellow gang members act as a jury where they would pass sentence on "trespassers".
After Cal had been killed and things began returning to normalcy, Dredd single handedly took down the gang and then exiled them to the Cursed Earth with a sentence of 20 years. A few months later the few surviving Cosmic Punks joined up with Father Earth's followers and took part in the attack on the city, when Dredd caught them he sentenced them to death.
